Terms and rules for Skjønn Concept Store competitions in social media.

1. The competitions are organized by Skjønn Concept Store ("Skjønn"). The competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook/Instagram.
   
   
2. By participating in the competitions, you accept Skjønn's competition rules, conditions and processing of personal data.
   
   
3. Information on how we handle personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy .
   
   
4. The Facebook profile/Instagram profile from which you enter the competitions must be created in accordance with the respective platform's community rules. Fake profiles cannot participate in the competitions.
   
   
5. The participant must be resident in Norway and over 18 years of age.
   
   
6. We reserve the right to remove and report contributions that are considered illegal or otherwise ethically or morally offensive/offensive.
   
   
7. Employees of Skjønn Concept Store and their relatives are not allowed to participate in Skjønn's competitions in social media.
   
   
8. By participating in the competition, you transfer the copyright to any competition entries to be submitted to Skjønn. This means, among other things, that all your rights to the contribution are forfeited and that Skjønn can use the contribution, without a time limit, in any way they choose, however only within Skjønn's normal business and in accordance with Norwegian law and good practice.
   
   
9. The winner is chosen by a jury within the Skjønn group. The jury selects the winner on the basis of the participant's contribution. The jury's decision cannot be reviewed.
   
   
10. As a participant in the competition, you agree that we may post the contribution on our website and use it in Skjønn's marketing.
    
    
11. The winner will be announced in the channel in which the competition is held, where the winner(s) will be notified of the prize. Within 7 days after this, the winner(s) must provide contact details and address for delivery of the prize via personal message. If the winner does not contact Skjønn within 7 days after the winner has been announced, Skjønn has the right to choose a new winner. The prize is sent within 30 days after Skjønn has received the winner's address details.
    
    
12. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to others.
    
    
13. The prize cannot be withdrawn in cash or exchanged for other products, gift cards or a similar prize. Any prize tax is paid by the winner.

The Skjønn group's competition rules and conditions are regulated in accordance with Norwegian law.

We reserve the right to any changes in competition rules, typographical errors and technical errors or lost functionality due to problems with another supplier, for example Instagram, as well as out-of-stock items.
