A beautiful tribute to Nepalese craftsmanship, the Scotty Scarf is artfully handwoven and dyed in a small workshop in Kathmandu. Crafted from a luxurious blend of cashmere and silk, the Scotty scarf features a subtle check pattern that's neutral enough to work with everything in your wardrobe, while still creating a chic statement.

Size: 75 x 75 cm.

80% cashmere / 20% silk. The cashmere is of the finest fiber selection, obtained from the undercoat of the Tibetan and Mongolian goats, refined in our workshop in Kathmandhu, Nepal.

Products made from cashmere require a little more attention than products made from other coarser fibers. After using a new cashmere product, you may find small balls of fiber on the surface. These balls do not indicate a lower quality - it is an inevitable consequence of the careful treatment of this very fine fiber. Pimples can be easily removed by hand or by using a cashmere comb.

Washing is not always necessary, and it is hard on your garment and on the environment. Cashmere is a self-cleaning fiber that requires less washing than other materials. To save resources, simply air the garment for a fresh start.

But if you want to wash the garment, we recommend hand washing, 30 degrees, with high-quality wool soap. Let the garment soak in water for 10-15 minutes. Rinse in 30 degree water. Avoid wringing, squeezing or squeezing out the water and let the garment dry flat. Steam at medium temperature for a nice finish.

If you have a very gentle washing machine, it is possible to wash the Aiayu garment in the machine on a wool program 30 degrees, low cycle. Washing in a machine is, however, at your own risk, as we cannot guarantee individual program settings on washing machines.
